Return rules summary

• Returns are accepted for 30 days
• The customer provides return shipping.
• Please email us or log into the portal to start the return process.
• For international orders only, shipping costs and customs tariff will not be refunded.
  

We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t love your EqualRXN Skin products! We want you to enjoy your skincare experience as much as possible, which is why we offer returns within 30 days upon receipt of your products. 

You can either request a return by logging into the system at: https://shopify.com/41633022108/account. 

and please send us an email at the same time, at hello@equalrxnskin.com with your name, order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason(s) why they didn’t work for you and we’ll be happy to refund you in full to your original method of payment.

Please note we do have some return conditions:

1) Products eligible for return must be in an unopened or gently used/tested condition. We cannot accept near-empty or half-empty products.

2) We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. We cannot refund or accept a return if the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc..

3) If the product is in a bundle, we can accept a partial return, the amount refunded will be pro-rated based on the total price of the bundle.

4) Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns at this point. 

5) If you decide to request a return via our self-serve portal: https://shopify.com/41633022108/account, you would still need to send the package out to us and let us know via email at hello@equalrxnskin.com you have made a return. Please contact us for the return address.

6) For international orders only, shipping costs and customs tariff will not be refunded.
