Do you accept returns?

We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t love your EqualRXN Skin products! We want you to enjoy your skincare experience as much as possible, which is why we offer returns within 30 days upon receipt of your products. Send us an email at with your name, order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason(s) why they didn’t work for you and we’ll be happy to refund you in full to your original method of payment. Please note:

1) Products eligible for return must be in an unopened or gently used/tested condition. We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products.

2) We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

3) Shipping costs are not refundable and you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

To modify or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order with your full name, order number and the subject line “Cancellation.” We’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Can I make a return if I used a buy X get Y discount?

We try to be generous with our promotions and sometimes would give a full-size product for free with specific purchase requirements. But unfortunately, for such a scenario, we cannot accept the return.

We discard all of the returns due to sanitary reasons. With a heavy discount like "buy X get Y," we often already give away 1/2 to 1/3 of our profit. Accepting returns of the purchased product while letting the customers keep the free product or returning all products, which we would have to discard, is damaging to our profit as a small business, and it's unfair to the other customers who genuinely enjoy such discounts.


Are EQUALRXN products cruelty-free?

Absolutely! Our ingredients and final products are not tested on animals, and we hold this standard to all of our suppliers.

Is EQUALRXN clean, sustainable, organic and natural?

EqualRXN is a brand that focuses on science; therefore, we will not make any natural and organic claims. “Synthetic ingredients are bad” is a misconception, and “natural” ingredients do not mean that they are safe. For example, silicones, vitamin C derivatives, and retinoids are all synthesized ingredients, but they are some of the best ingredients for the skin, yet essential oils, plant oils with high oleic acid lipid profile, and certain plant extracts can be harmful to the skin. Natural or synthetic, we aim to use the best ingredients possible to compose gentle and effective formulations that will proactively improve your skin at its root.

Where are you products made?

Our products are currently produced in Korea and Taiwan. As we expand, we are open to sourcing our products globally.


When do you products expire?

Product expiration varies based on the packaging, ingredients
and overall product formulation, as well as how the product is stored.

While the US does not require brands to label the expiration date for cosmetic products, we suggest you use our products within three years of purchase. Products do expire quicker after opening. Therefore, please refer to the product packaging for the period after opening (PAO) time.

Can I find EQUALRXN at any retail locations?

We are currently not in any retail stores right now, however, we are on Amazon! We would love if you could purchase on Amazon sometimes and leave us a review :)

Can I use your product if I am pregnant, or preparing for pregancy?

When deciding whether a skincare product should be used safely for pregnancy or not, we advise you to consult with your doctor/healthcare provider to be extra safe.
