We process orders within 2 business days (up to 5 during sales and holidays), then ship from our warehouse in Texas.

• US: 2–5 business days (USPS or UPS)
• Canada: 5–7 days
• Other countries: 14–21 business days

Express shipping is available at checkout.

• US: free over $35, $4.50 under $35
• Worldwide: free over $80

International orders may be charged customs duties or taxes by your country, which are paid by the customer.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder, use our order status page, or email us at hello@equalrxnskin.com.

Email us at hello@equalrxnskin.com with your order number (and a photo if it’s damaged). If tracking can’t confirm delivery, we’ll reship your order.

Email us as soon as possible at hello@equalrxnskin.com with your name, order number and the subject line “Cancellation” or “Change”. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best.

You can return products within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they’re unopened or only gently used (not half or nearly empty).

• Bundles can be partly returned; the refund is pro-rated.
• Items damaged after delivery (dropped, spilled, misused) can’t be returned.
• We can’t accept international returns yet.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Request it in your account and email us at hello@equalrxnskin.com with your order number, the product(s) and why they didn’t work for you. We’ll reply with the return address. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

No. Free full-size items from “buy X, get Y” offers can’t be returned.

Use the lip balm any time.

We formulate as if every skin is sensitive. Still, everyone’s skin is different, so patch test a new product on a small area for a few days before using it all over.

Unopened, use within 3 years of purchase. After opening, check the open-jar symbol (e.g. “12M” = 12 months) on the packaging. Need the manufacturing date? Email us.

Yes. Neither our ingredients nor our finished products are tested on animals, and we hold all of our suppliers to the same standard.

All are vegan except the Oat Milk PHA Serum, which contains lactobionic acid, a milk-derived ingredient.

We’re science-first, so we don’t make “natural” or “organic” claims. Natural isn’t automatically safe, and synthetic isn’t automatically bad. We pick whichever ingredients work best and are gentlest on skin.

In Korea, except the lip balm and loose powder, which are made in Taiwan.
