Spirulina Zinc Treatment Loose Powder

All pictures were taken during the day, natural light no filters. It was taken in a car during a hot and humid day. Visible shine and oily from the heat on my face. After applying the product, the shine and oily parts on my face was no longer there. I had an amazing time trying the product out. I did receive this product for free from their giveaway. I would love a better way of applying the product. The puff is nice but I felt like I had to go back and get more product. I often have to shake the powder upside down and tap on it to get the product on the puff. Once its on the skin, there is no irritation and it blends in well once it sets in. I would definitely purchase this once I finish the one I have!

When I heard Equalrxn was coming out with a powder, I was really excited and intrigued about how it would be, because I know whatever product they create, it is always done with the best formulation in mind.

The state of my skin right now is currently normal to dry, although sometimes oily due to this brutal summer California heat. I am someone who has only really used translucent powder. The SPIRULINA ZINC TREATMENT LOOSE POWDER has a slight blue green color to it. Besides being really pretty to look at, it actually does serve a function to brighten and neutralize redness. I found that it did a really good job mattifyiing without looking chalky. It gave me a nice satin finish, and I am happy to report that it didn't turn my skin color green.

In my photos you will see that in the before, it is my skin with full on with skincare, sunscreen, makeup after a hot day. You can see that I am very shiny/oily. In the after photo, you can see that it did a nice job bringing down the shine, while still letting my highlighter and base makeup show through. You can see it even neutralized some of the blush I had on, so it may come in handy if you get heavy handed with blush or deal with light redness. It feels really nice and silky. Needless to say, this is a powder that I really enjoy and will continue to use!

i won this powder in their instagram giveaway and i’m so stoked i did. i’ve had it now for a few months and it’s genuinely my favorite powder ever. i’ve tried other powders but never stuck with them bcuz it always felt like they were clogging my skin. with this one i feel good using it on my oily acne prone skin, not being afraid it’s gonna cause more acne. it keeps my skin matte for at least 8 hours and the green color counteracts any red spots i may have. i have light medium/medium skin and it works fine for me but i’m not sure if it would work for someone with deep skin bcuz of the light green shade.
overall i love it and you should definitely try it.

I bought this for my oily t-zone just to set my makeup a little since I wear a mask all day at work. This formula is so pretty! I'm usually a pressed powder gal, but this stuff is silky and has a subtle green tint I really enjoy since I have a lot of redness. It wears well throughout the day, even under my eyes.

Go ahead and get this. Especially if you have combo or oily skin. This treatment powder absolutely blew me away. It’s finely milled and applies beautifully without leaving me ashy even though it’s not tinted. I love that I can wear it to set my radiant sunscreens without fear of any pigmented transfer and I can also use it to set my makeup. It lasts literally all day with minimal breakdown. I cooked dinner with this on and my makeup still looked gorgeous after. I won this powder in a social media giveaway and I am so happy I got to try it.

I have really greasy skin, its effect last for about 5-6 hours, so need to reapply in the afternoon, but it's easy to reapply since they included a puff with it.

It's rare to find a powder with this much good ingredients in. But the packaging is a bit small so sometimes it's hard to get the product out, it's eaiser to dump it into the cap

The ingredients in this powder is AMAZING, there are researches backing on 1% zinc pca and 2% carnitine for sebum production, also the spirulina is a plus for day time antioxidant.

After using the Spirulina Zinc Treatment Loose Powder for a few weeks, I can say it controls oil well and gives a nice matte finish. However, be careful with the amount you use—it can feel a bit drying around the nose and sometimes settles into lines. It’s good, but you might need to experiment to get it just right.
