During sale periods and peak volumes during the holidays, we ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled before shipping.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email please check your spam folder first or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional help.
We ship worldwide. For orders to be shipped outside of the USA you shall be responsible for any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be. Our warehouse is located in Texas, and the average shipping time within the USA is 2-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
For Canadian and international orders
Average shipping time to Canada is 5-7 days, and other International tracked shipments are expected to arrive within 14-21 business days, this excludes any weekends or holidays. Final delivery for international packages will be processed by your country’s local postal service. If you would like to track your order in detail, please go to your country's local postal service. For example, if you are located in Singapore, you would use Singapore Post, and if you are located in the Netherlands, you would use PostNL.
Express shipping options are available and are calculated at checkout, based on the shipping address and location.

As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use that link to check where your parcel is located. Sometimes, it may take a couple of days for the information to be updated, but you can always reach out to our customer service team if you are worried using the live chat or email!
Most of the time, packages are delivered on time, but sometimes, delays may happen, especially when they are going internationally and can go through the custom clearance process. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or carrier related issues which are out of our control.
We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims, or lost package to the best of our ability.
In the event a package has been lost, missing, or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from carrier will not be eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: email@example.com with your order number.
DUTIES AND TAXES:
Please note that some European countries will require you to pay duties for purchasing products from outside your country. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees, duties and taxes payment, a refund will not be applicable.
